It is not always easy, but try to make dishes before going through the night a habit. I can not express how beautiful it is to wake up and walk in a clean and tidy kitchen
Keep snacks in the fridge that are delicious and healthy - my favorites are strawberries, cherry tomatoes and grapes. I love the appetizers. Also, there is not really much prep involved with that sort of thing
sweep! Sweeping takes a little more physical energy, but it has become one of my favorite things to do. I put on some good music and visualize sweeping out not just dirt, but everything else clouding my space - negative energy, self-doubt, etc. is a nice, witchy little ritual for me now.
Light a candle, specifically one that smells delicious
Identify the things that make you feel better about yourself and your environment and prioritize them and only them when you feel sucky. That way, you still feel accomplished, but you are not using all your mental and physical energy trying to execute all your tasks / cleaning / etc
Remember that you are doing these things for yourself, and not anyone else. You deserve to feel happy and peaceful!
